How long have you been in business?
I have owned the store for a year now but is has been around a long time.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary reason for being here is to promote creativity using craft supplies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was looking to buy a business when I came across this store and just fell in love with it. It is a place that brings happiness to many people. Before owning the store I worked as an accountant for a small compqany in Livermore.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our store specializes in the hard to find items. The big box stores are great for general items but no one of us can stock it all so we try to have the more specialezed items in our store. We also try to provide our customers with great service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently only have one store plus our web store which suite us just fine right now.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are just off of 680. If coming from San jose you would exit Sunol Blvd and make a right until you come the the shopping center on your right with Raley's. If coming from Sacramento area then you would exit Sunol Blvd and make a left.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We service a wide variety. We have customers from all over the state.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I Michelle Taus and the owner and in charge of daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Sat & Sun 11-6 Mon & Tues 11-6 Wed 10-5 Thur & Fri 11-7
