We design and engineer single story additions, two story additions and custom homes.
BDS is a full service design firm providing Architectural Design, Structural Engineer and Title 24 Energy Calculations for single and two story additions, as well as custom homes and other residential design projects. BDS works with an established design team when land surveying, geotech (soils reports), interior design and required consultants or speciality design is required. BDS also offers research and consulting for potential Clients trying to understand the value of any particular project.
As a certified (ICC) Commercial Building Inspector, (ICC) Residential Building Inspector, (ICC) Mechanical & Electrical Inspector, we inspect and prepare forensic building investigations and related reports for buildings with suspected structural, mechanical and or electrical problems. We prepare reports to document failed and or poor construction and code violations for court remediation.
